Martin Walker joins Precast Products Group (PPG) as SHEQ coordinator

Martin Walker has recently joined PPG (Precast Products Group) as SHEQ coordinator and is responsible for occupational health and safety, environment and quality assurance for Allen Concrete and our sister company, Poundfield Precast.

Health and safety is a major priority for the businesses and Martin’s appointment comes at an important time as Poundfield looks to increase its production capacity. Martin will also be involved in adding additional accreditation schemes as part of the quality control processes within the business.

Martin comes with over 16 years experience in Health and Safety, having operated in the food industry and more recently in construction and quarrying, and is looking forward to developing the H & S systems in place within Poundfield as it continues on its expansion plans.
