What is String Course?
String course, or band course as it’s also known, is a decorative band which runs around the exterior wall of a building. Usually slightly protruding from the surface of the wall, this band is used to break up large areas of brickwork, usually to demarcate different levels in a multi-storey building.
Bespoke to your project, we can manufacture these string courses in whatever design and dimensions you require to match existing courses, or work from architects drawings to create decorative band courses to fit in with the building itself.
