- XtraFire and Ultra-Fire lintels tested by Exova Warrington fire testing facility
- They meet the requirements of the Construction Products Regulation in relation to declarations of performance and CE Marking.

XtraFire fire-resistant concrete lintels
XtraFire is a single cast lintel which has been independently tested for fire resistance and load bearing capacity by Warrington Fire and Lucideon.
Fire Rating – The XFR6 lintels are fire rated up to R180 minutes for load-bearing and XFR9 lintels are fire rated up to R240 minutes for load bearing.
Finish – An ex steel mould finish similar to our current fairfaced product made from specialist wet cast concrete.

Ultra-Fire range of concrete lintels
A range of lintels with an enhanced fire resistance. Due to the special coating applied, all of our lintels can achieve a 240 minute load bearing capability when subject to fire conditions.
These lintels have a slightly different texture to concrete but are smooth. They can also be left natural but we would advise the use of a waterproof sealant to reduce surface dusting.
Under no circumstances should the Ultra-Fire Range of Lintels be cut down in sizes due to stooled end bearings.
Fire-Spec Range
Naylor Fire-Spec collection is our ex-steel mould finish range of high performance units. They are available in 60, 90 and 120 minutes, dependant upon the section width.
Fair Faced Fire-Spec Range
Naylor Fair Faced Fire-Spec lintels are also available in a class C fair faced finish and again with a 60, 90 and 120 minute fire rating.
